#43 - Spend no more than $20

So, I haven't completed this one just yet as I'm starting it come tomorrow. However, the prospect of crossing off one of the 101 things is quite exciting! Along with only restricting myself to spending $20 this week, I'll be leaving my debit card and credit card behind at the house when I go out the door. I'm hoping (*keep your fingers crossed*) that I won't run into trouble this week that will require me to use my debit/credit card.

If I can accomplish this, I will have saved $55 by the end of the week. Doesn't sound like much, but for this entire month, I'm not spending more than $20 a week. So, $55 x 4 weeks = money added up!

So, here's to the next challenge!

#179 - Things I Love

After playing a 30-minute game of tennis and then realizing it was way too dark to see where the hell the ball was going, the roomie and I decided to head to the beach to pump up our music and dance like lunatics. When we reached the ocean, in the distance was a Princess cruise ship that had left the harbour and was on its way to Seattle.

It was..... beautiful. It was dark outside with barely any light from the sun left. In the distance were the Washington mountains. The moon was slowly starting to shine onto the ocean, and then in the middle of the ocean was this beautiful, brightly lit cruise ship. It may seem like nothing spectacular to any other observer, but for some reason I find it beautiful, seeing lights upon lights upon lights in the middle of the ocean at night time.

And this is one of the reasons why I still kind of like Victoria.

Welcome to the Wonderful World of Me

Day 1:

This is the second blog that I have started, and as opposed to writing poems (like I do in my other one), this one is dedicated solely to me. Sounds selfish? Well, then get your own blog that talks just about you!

The purpose of this - to get to know myself better. I've been consumed in school life and other people that I have forgotten about myself. So, every day (or at least) I will write here. Will anyone read this? Probably not, but this is for me anyway.

So, here's to me getting to know myself again and accomplishing 101 things in 1001 days!
Cheers.
